For Mike's birthday I decided to get him something really special -- just for him -- a hiking backpack for Paige!
We decided to get out, get some exercise and some time away (from the boys) and spend the day hiking. It was a nice break from everything that Mike's been busy with lately.
He's been working really hard for our family -- putting in a lot of studying time and working -- so I planned a day where we could go out and enjoy the weather.

Paige thought she was once again the princess -- she got to enjoy the view and did absolutely no work -- Lucky Girl!

That looks like so much fun! We'll have to hike together some time, as a double date, or something like that.
